Mission

The mission of the Town Clerk Division is to be the foundation of credible, accurate and current information on Town Council legislation actions and maintain accurate records of actions taken by the Town Council.

Responsibilities

The Town Clerk's office provides:

• Administrative support to the Mayor & Town Council
• Town Council Meeting Minutes & Agendas
• Municipal Elections
• Update Town Code
• Archival records management
• Public Records Requests
• Posting of Public Notices
• Online Speaker Request Form
