Mission

It is the mission of the Victim Rights Unit to ensure crime victims receive all their constitutional, statutory and rule based rights.

Purpose

To provide victims of crime their rights under Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 13, Chapter 40 as well as the Arizona Victim’s Bill of Rights and Arizona Supreme Court Rule 39.

Are you a Victim?

A victim is a "person against whom the State offense is committed or, if that person is killed or incapacitated, that person's family member or other lawful representative."
