Although Doxo.com is not affiliated with our utility, the company has displayed an older logo that was previously used by our utility and it has posted a link to the official website for our municipality, causing confusion for some of our customers. Doxo.com is a third-party company that allows users to make bill payments to various vendors through their website. Because this company is not affiliated with our utility, the Town of Payson Water Department does not immediately receive electronic payments made through the doxo.com website. Instead, doxo.com remits check payments on behalf of its users, which can take several days to arrive.
